Pickleball has quickly become one of the fastest-growing sports in the country and I’m proud to be competing at a high level. But tournament play is an investment. From entry fees to travel costs, the expenses can add up fast. Shoes and paddles wear out quicker than you’d think, and staying competitive means replacing gear regularly, covering lodging, and keeping my training on point.
I’m currently a college student at Delta State University, majoring in Exercise Science, with the goal of becoming both a professional pickleball player and a physical therapist. Sponsorships help me focus on competing and improving, instead of worrying about whether I can afford to enter the next big tournament.
